MUV was behind the execution and operation of the Saudi-Turkish Roundtable Meeting, which brought together a distinguished group of VIP guests and officials from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkey within a professionally curated environment that reflected the formal nature and importance of the event.
Our role extended from developing the guest journey and building the creative vision of the meeting to overseeing execution, operations, and all organizational and technical aspects, ensuring a seamless and fully integrated experience that reflected the stature of the gathering.
The execution scope included the setup and operation of entrance gateways and display screens, table arrangements, and hospitality preparations, alongside the development of operational and organizational plans that ensured a smooth and refined experience for all attendees and VIP guests.
Our team also managed VIP protocol and ceremonial arrangements, registration and invitation management, as well as agreement signing coordination within a fully integrated operational environment aligned with the event’s objectives and identity.
In addition, we oversaw security and safety operations, risk management plans, logistics support, hospitality services, audiovisual systems, media coverage and documentation, along with post-event reporting, ensuring the meeting was delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and organization.
