MUV had the privilege of executing the 4th edition of the International Saudi Society of Clinical Pharmacy (SSCP) Conference, held in September 2024 under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Fahad bin Abdulrahman AlJalajel.
Our role extended from developing the conference concept and creative vision to overseeing operations, on-ground execution, and the management of all organizational and operational details, ensuring a seamless experience that reflected the stature and objectives of the event.
The scope of work included designing the guest journey throughout the conference, managing VIP protocol and ceremonies, overseeing registration and invitations, organizing the conference agenda and accompanying activities, as well as managing speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.
Our team also managed the accompanying exhibition, hackathon, sponsors and participants program, in addition to supervising construction and setup works and delivering an integrated technical system to support conference operations and enhance the overall attendee experience.
Furthermore, we handled security and safety management, risk management plans, logistics support, audiovisual operations, media coverage and documentation, along with post-event reporting, all delivered through a fully integrated operational experience that reflected the highest standards of professionalism.
