MUV contributed to the execution of the Saudi-Japanese Business Council Forum, which was held with the aim of strengthening economic and trade relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan, while encouraging strategic partnerships and supporting investment opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 projects.
The forum witnessed the signing of nearly 30 new Memorandums of Understanding, reflecting both countries’ commitment to developing strategic collaborations that serve mutual interests and create new opportunities for economic and investment growth.
Our role extended from developing the guest journey and the creative vision of the forum to overseeing execution, operations, and the management of all organizational and technical aspects, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience that reflected the significance and international stature of the event.
The scope of work included managing construction and setup works, VIP protocol and ceremonial arrangements, registration and invitation management, as well as coordinating agreement signing arrangements within a professional environment that reflected the identity of the forum.
In addition, our team managed security and safety operations, risk management plans, logistics support, hospitality services, audiovisual operations, media coverage and documentation, along with post-event reporting, ensuring the forum was delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
