6th Annual International Conference of the Saudi Society for Clinical Pharmacy

MUV delivered the 6th Annual International Conference of the Saudi Society for Clinical Pharmacy (SSCP), taking the project from concept and design through to execution and operations. Our scope covered spatial and visual design, screen content production, show direction, lighting, technical production, and the full on-ground management of the event.

The experience spanned three main zones. Sultana Zone featured the main stage, which hosted the official opening ceremony and awards presentation, attended by the CEO of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, Professor Ahmed Al-Judai, President of the Saudi Society for Clinical Pharmacy, and leading healthcare professionals. The zone also included the Sultana Exhibition, featuring entrance gates, an Achievement Wall, Interactive Wall, the Society’s pavilion, registration area, and photo opportunities. Swar Zone featured a dedicated stage for the scientific program, alongside an exhibition with meeting rooms for student engagements and hospital booths. Ibn Battuta Zone showcased students’ research and projects through a 24-screen Research Wall, along with three meeting tables where academic committees reviewed the research and selected the winning projects.

From design and content to production and operations, MUV managed every aspect of the experience to deliver an integrated event that reflects the scientific significance and stature of SSCP.
