MUV contributed to the execution of the launch ceremony for the new identity of the Institute of Public Administration, delivering an integrated experience designed to reflect the institute’s renewed vision in a professional and impactful manner.
Our role extended from developing the creative vision of the ceremony and designing the guest journey to overseeing on-ground execution and operational management across all organizational and technical aspects, ensuring a seamless and refined experience for attendees and VIP guests.
The scope of execution included the construction of the main stage, entrance gateways, decorative installations, and media wall, in addition to delivering all operational systems and logistical services associated with the event.
Our team also managed public and VIP invitations, protocol and ceremonial arrangements, stage operations and panel discussions, as well as agreement signing arrangements within a fully coordinated operational environment that reflected the event identity.
In addition, we provided an integrated technical system for event management, alongside overseeing security and safety operations, risk management plans, audiovisual systems, logistics support, event documentation, photography coverage, and final reporting, ensuring the ceremony was delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and organization.
